- Trouble sending messages or recipients aren't receiving your messages.
- App Store Purchases
- Unable to complete a purchase or receive an error when trying to subscribe.
- Web Clients
- For performance or login issues with TextFree Web.
If you're having performance issues with TextFree, then there's a chance that you are experiencing a recent disruption to one of TextFree's core services.
We encourage you to visit the Service Status Page at any time to check the status of calling, texting, and app store purchases.
Tip: Check the status page from the TextFree app:
- TextFree Settings.
- Tap Support (iOS) or Get Help (Android).
- Tap System Status.
Green = Normal (Service is working as expected)
Yellow = Service Disruption (Service is not working as expected)
