If you are an Android user and wish to reopen your previously closed account, please reach out to our support team with the following information below, and we'll assist you with account activation:
- Your TextFree number.
- The email address you used when registering for a TextFree account.

No. TextFree iOS users who closed their account while on app version 12.7+ will be unable to reopen their previous account.
When you closed your account, you were notified that closing your TextFree account is a permanent action that would cause you to lose your TextFree number and all TextFree data such as messages, voicemail, and media will be deleted without the ability to recover them.
If you would like to use TextFree moving forward, you will need to create a new account that will not include any call and messaging data you may have had previously.
