Request Failed with Error 7062

Issue Symptoms

You receive the "Request failed with error 7062" error message pop-up when attempting to create an account or log into TextFree.

Cause & Resolution 

Our system is preventing account registration and/or login for security reasons.

Common reasons for this block:

• You created or attempted to create multiple accounts.
• You are accessing the service outside the United States or Canada.
• Your account was created from an account not downloaded from the iTunes or Google Play Store.
• Your device appears to be tampered with, compromised, or automated (from a bot).

Unfortunately, you won’t be able to create an account at this time, and there is no workaround available.
