You are receiving the error message pictured below when trying to:
- Place a call
- Send a text
- Log in to your account
Cause and Resolution
You are using the application internationally, which has caused you to receive this error message.
Unfortunately, our application is not supported outside of the US or Canada. While we are always evaluating the potential for international expansion, at this time we only support service to US and Canadian residents while they are within the United States and Canada. This means that you would be unable to use TextFree internationally, and doing so would be in violation of our Terms of Service.
