In-app Chatbot
Chat with the TextFree bot to find answers or submit an email request quickly.
iOS:
- TextFree Settings.
- Under General, select Support.
- Select Chat.
Android:
- TextFree Settings.
- Under General, select Get Help (Android).
- Select Contact Us.
- Select Chat.
Email us directly from the app
Within the TextFree app:
- TextFree Settings.
- Under General, select Support (iOS) or Get Help (Android).
- Select Email Support.
- Enter a brief description of your issue (or question) and attach any relevant screenshots if available)
Browser
Locate the bubble at the bottom-right of the Help Center to interact with our chatbot to find answers to your questions.
If you still need help, you can select "Get in touch" which will allow you to "Leave a message" to submit a ticket to TextFree Support.
One of our agents will respond to you during normal business hours. TextFree Support hours are 6am-6pm PST Monday-Saturday. Our response time is typically 1-2 business hours.
Submit a request
Use the Submit a request form to send your request to the TextFree Support Team. The form can be found at the top of the Help Center and at the bottom of each article.
