Why are my calls and texts temporarily paused?
Our automated systems have detected that you might be using an IP address or VPN (Virtual Private Network) from outside the United States or Canada. Just to give you a heads-up, TextFree is specifically designed for use within the US and Canada only and isn't meant for international use.
Tip: To avoid being suspended in the future, we suggest disconnecting your VPN or connecting to a United States IP address whenever you're using TextFree.
While your account is paused, you won't be able to make calls or send texts, but don't worry, you can still receive them as usual. If you need more details, they're provided below. Thanks for your understanding.
When can I use my account again?
Your account will be temporarily paused for a specified date and time as indicated in the red banner at the top of your inbox (pictured below).
Note: Support cannot lift the suspension ahead of the date and time specified in your inbox. This timeframe is set and cannot be changed by you or Support.
