Troubleshooting TextFree Web issues

Issue Symptoms

Are you experiencing one or more of the following performance and/or messaging issues when using TextFree Web?

• Server error
• A blank screen
• Ads blocking the texting box
• Messaging - trouble sending text messages
• Login - inability to log in or getting "stuck" on the login screen after entering login info

Cause & Resolution

If so, we recommend the following troubleshooting methods to help resolve the issue you are experiencing:

1. Clear your browser's cache & cookies (most effective in resolving the majority of Web performance & messaging issues - instructions can be found here)
2. Update your browser
3. Turn off any ad-blockers you have installed on your browser
4. Upgrade to Google Chrome
5. Adjust the browser's zoom in or out by using the "Control" or "Command" key simultaneously with the "+" or "-" key.  
6. Try following the steps to send a message, provided here.
