If you see a suspension on your account after attempting to log into Web, please contact Support for assistance. Note that if you attempt to log into Web again, you will encounter the same issue.

- Receiving the error message "For Security reasons, you were automatically logged out"
- When logging in, the status bar spins but nothing happens
Conditions
- Attempting to log in to TextFree Web
- You are using the Firefox browser
Cause & Resolution
You may experience this issue if Enhanced Tracking Protection is enabled on Firefox. Please try switching this feature off for TextFree Web.
To turn Enhanced Tracking Protection off:
- Visit TextFree Web.
- Click the shield icon
at the left of the address bar.
- Click the toggle
next to 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' to turn it off for this webpage.
- The page will reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.
After completing these steps, please try logging in to your TextFree account again.
