- You are using the Firefox browser
Cause & Resolution
You may experience this issue if Enhanced Tracking Protection is enabled on Firefox. Please try switching this feature off for TextFree Web.
To turn Enhanced Tracking Protection off:
- Visit TextFree Web.
- Click the shield icon at the left of the address bar.
- Click the toggle next to 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' to turn it off for this webpage.
- The page will reload automatically and allow trackers on this site only.
After completing these steps, please try logging in to your TextFree account again.
