How to unblock a number

If you have blocked a number and would like to remove that block, please send the blocked contact a text message. Doing this will automatically unblock them, and you will then be able to send and receive messages as normal with that number. 

If you do not know the phone number of the person you blocked, please reach out to our support team with the following information and we will try to help identify the number:

1. Your TextFree number.
2. The approximate date and time when the block was set.
3. Any portion of the blocked number you can remember. 

FYI: TextFree does not contain a blocked numbers "list" so if you need to retrieve a previously blocked number, please submit a request to TextFree Support with the information above.
