No, TextFree usernames are auto-generated when you sign up for an account and cannot be edited.
Fortunately, you can use your email and/or TextFree number for logging into your account in place of your username.
Items to note:
- Usernames are only visible to the account holder within the account settings and are not visible to your recipients.
- Usernames are generated based on your 'email alias' address, and if that alias is already taken, we then add a series of numbers to the end to make it unique.
- Example: support@pinger.com would become a username 'pinger' but if that's already taken, then we add a series of random numbers to the end such as pinger2021.
