If your carrier supports call waiting, then TextFree will support it to an extent, but the experience is a bit different than you may be accustomed to when using your native number. This is due to TextFree using a different process (VoIP) to connect calls.
If you're on a call when another call comes in, you'll have the option to:
- 'End and Accept' or
- 'Decline' the call
You will not have the option to put the current call on hold and answer the other - no switching between calls is supported with VoIP calling.
