How to save pictures and videos to your camera roll

Have you received a photo of an important document from a colleague, or has a friend sent you an adorable video of a puppy? If so, saving pictures and videos to your phone is only a few taps away.

--Tab 1 Start--

To save media on Android:

1. Tap the picture or video and hold
2. Tap 'Save'
3. In the 'Gallery app', open the TextFree folder to locate the saved photo/video

An alternative way to save:

1. Tap the picture (to open in full view)
2. Tap the three dots on the upper right corner of the screen
3. Tap 'Save'
4. In the 'Gallery app', open the TextFree folder to locate the saved photo/video

2. Tap the download button in the bottom left corner
3. Open the 'Photos app' to locate the saved photo/video
