    I didn’t receive my mins after I completed an earn mins task

    I didn’t receive my minutes after I bought them. I got the receipt but no mins

    Same here I just gave it a little more time and it should appear!

    I watched like 8 videos but got zero min added. Can I get some help please? Thank you.

    Hi Camran - 

    Sorry to hear that you didn't receive minutes for watching those videos. Can you first log out/back into your account? (Make sure you remember your login credentials!) Sometimes those earned minutes take a bit to show up in your account. 

    After you've tried the above step and are still not seeing your minutes, you will have to reach out to TapJoy (through the instructions above) to inquire about missing minutes as they handle the minutes.
