Log in/Log out of your account

This article highlights how to log in and out of your TextFree mobile Or Web account. 

Can't login? If you can't log in because you forgot your password or are having trouble logging into your account, click here for more info.

--Tab 1 Start--

 Log in

Email:

1. Open the TextFree app.
2. Tap 'Continue with Email'
3. Enter your verified email address associated with your TextFree account.
4. Enter your password.
   • If you forgot your password, tap 'forgot password' and a reset link will be sent to your email address associated with your TextFree account 
5. Tap Login.

You will then see your TextFree inbox letting you know you have successfully logged in

Single Sign-On:

1. Open the TextFree app.
2. Tap either "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" (based on which account you used to create the TextFree account).

You will then see your TextFree inbox letting you know you have successfully logged in.

Log out

1. TextFree app Settings.
2. Scroll to the "General" section and tap Get Help.
3. Tap Manage Account. 
4. Select Log Out, then tap Continue. 
5. Confirm your selection by tapping Log Out. 

Please Note:

• Once you've logged out of your account, you will no longer receive notifications for calls or messages. 
• If you need to log out of multiple devices (if you changed your password or feel that your account has been compromised) please contact support for assistance.

1. Open the TextFree app.
2. Tap 'Continue with Email'
3. Enter your verified email address associated with your TextFree account.
4. Enter your password.
   1. If you forgot your password, tap 'forgot password' and a reset link will be sent to your email address associated with your TextFree account 
5. Tap Login.

You will then see your TextFree inbox letting you know you have successfully logged in.

Log out

1. TextFree app Settings.
2. Scroll to the "General" section and tap Support.
3. Tap Manage Account. 
4. Select Log Out, then tap Continue. 
5. Confirm your selection by tapping Log Out.

--Tab 3 Start--

 Log in

Email:

1. Visit the Web login page: https://messages.textfree.us/login
2. Enter your TextFree number OR the verified email address associated with your account.
3. Enter your password.
   • If you forgot your password, tap 'Forgot password' and a reset link will be sent to your email address associated with your TextFree account 
4. Click the Login button. 

You will then see your TextFree inbox letting you know you have successfully logged into TextFree Web.

Single Sign-On:

1. Visit the Web login page: https://messages.textfree.us/login
2. Click on either "Continue with Google" or "Continue with Apple" icon (based on which account you used to create the TextFree account).

You will then see your TextFree inbox letting you know you have successfully logged into TextFree Web.

Log out

1. While viewing the inbox, click the downwards arrow icon (seen at the top-right of the Inbox next to your TextFree number).
2. Click "Log Out"
