Why are my calls and texts temporarily paused?
It appears that your outbound communication has been temporarily paused due to an increased volume of messages or reaching out to a larger number of contacts. This is a violation of guidelines set by the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA), which we take seriously.
During this temporary pause, you won't be able to place calls or send texts, but you'll still be able to receive them.

CTIA Regulations
CTIA's daily limit for messaging is:
- No more than 1000+ messages sent per day.
- No more than 100+ new conversations per day sent to 100+ different (unique) contacts per day.
- 25 repetitive messages per day.
In addition, you will be temporarily suspended if you repeatedly send messages faster than a human can manage.
When can I use my account again?
Your account will be temporarily paused for a specified date and time as indicated in the red banner at the top of your inbox (pictured below).
