Deactivating or closing your TextFree account is different from deleting your account in that this action is temporary. Think of this process as temporarily suspending your account, rather than a permanent deletion.
For example, you may want to disable your account temporarily if you're going on a trip and won't be using TextFree for a period of time, but want to re-activate it once you're back.

- If you have special subscription pricing and you cancel your subscription, we will be unable to honor it or get it back should you request to re-activate your account in the future.
- If you deactivate your account but keep your subscription active, you won't lose your pricing (unless you have a lapse in payment when your subscription is set to auto-renew)
